Meditation is far more than just taking a quiet moment to still themind.** It changes your energy over time. It changes that vibration withinthat is your magnet to the universe.** You are getting a glimse as to what it is like beyond the physicalplane.**You are traning your attention on the essence of the self. That essence is who you are within the universe. It connects you toall things. It is the doorway to your higher consciousness andbeyond. Can you imagine a more powerful tool for your spiritual growth? Itdoesn't have to be long. Even if you only "tuned into" that essencewithin for a second during the day, you will get the results youwant. It is a matter of focusing. Where is your attention? Do youfocus on the lessons here in the physical most of the time?If you focused more on that power within it would change your lifehere. You would attract a more positive response to all that you doin this physical plane. That energy would overcome the obstacles inyour life. If you got up in the morning with a smile on your face anda song on your lips, imagine how awesome your day would be. Createyour life from this incredible essence within. It is your power. Please join me for discussion and a meditation on Tuesdays from 7-9pmest. www.innerconcepts.netJeannette E. de Langis, R.N.,CSL has taught people with with chronicillness to overcome pain and fear with meditation. She teaches them totap into their own healing power. What To Do About A Snoring Bed Partner!!??
What Should You Do About A Snoring Bed Partner?Studies show that the most common way a sleep deprived bedmate dealswith the snoring curse is to complain to the snorer. This usuallycreates an abundance of ill will but solves nothing. Snorers rarelyknow they are snoring, even when the entire house shakes, rattles, and rolls. They also just can't quit by force of will.Another common remedy is to poke or kick the snorer, hoping he or shewill roll from one position to another. Sometimes this helps. However, the snorer typically returns to the old position in a matterof minutes and starts in again. Some offended bedmates have tried stitching something soft but large, like a tennis ball, into the back of the pajamas. This can preventthe snorer from sleeping on his or her back. A change of position, however, doesn't necessariy solve the problem, particularly in thelonger term.Even earplugs don't work for many people. The snoring sound is simplytoo loud. The next logical step is take up residence in separate bedrooms. Thiscan work but obviously doesn't do a whole lot to foster intimacy. So what can you do?The first thing is for both parties to behave like the loving adultsthey are. This means effective and open communication! If couplescan't get past this hurdle, it's logical to ask why they even bothersleeping together. The next step is work together to analyze the severity of theproblem. Start with this snoring quiz. Take care of your body.
Take care of your body. The winter months can be tough on your body... your carbody that is. Salt and chemicals used in the colderclimates can wreak havoc on your cars precious sheetmetal. By doing a few simple things this winter, youcan keep your car's body looking it's best.- Put a good heavy coat of wax on your car before thewinter storms hit. This heavy coat will protect yourpaint from the corrosive salt and cold temperatures.- Wash the underside of your car often during the wintermonths. Salt and chemicals will collect under the vehicleand slowly start eating away at your car.- Skip the undercoating unless you are buying a new car.Applying undercoating after a car has been on the road fora year or two is pointless. The metal has already startedto rust and there is bound to be water stuck in places itdoes not belong. Once you undercoat, you trap that wateror rust and allow it to destroy your car.- Avoid driving through large puddles of standing water. This water is loaded with salt and will get thrown into allthe cracks and crevices of your car.- When spring time rolls around, treat your car to a goodwax job again. Make sure to get all of the road grime andsalt off of the car before you begin waxing. With proper care and love, you body will stay in shape foryears to come.Good luck,Kevin SchappellKevin maintains http://www.autoeducation.com where he givesadvice on car maintenance, buying, selling, insurance, andfinancing.
